ALPHARETTA -- It's harvest time again as the pumpkins and gourds arrive fresh on September 29 for the annual Scouting Pumpkin Patch.
Located on Highway 9 at Midway UMC (5025 Atlanta Hwy.), nearly 2800 large, medium and small pumpkins along with hundreds of gourds in Autumn colors await you in a great benefit to support local scouting.
Pack 457 Boy and Cub Scouts will take part in unloading the fresh crop in time for fall time festivities and will begin personally selling the pumpkins through October 31.
The Alpharetta scouts look for the support of north Atlanta as they work hard at the Midway Pumpkin Patch to earn money for key educational events.
Visit the scouts at Midway UMC and pick-up your healthy pumpkins at low prices: Monday to Friday from 4:00 p.m. to dark, Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to dark, and Sunday Noon to dark.
The scouts welcome your support as you pick up your special pumpkins and gourds throughout October.
