Christ Centered Preaching
Since the Bible has the answers to the daily needs of life, we must understand what the Bible has to say. We present the truth of God’s Word at each service with clarity, conviction and compassion.



Christ-Honoring Music
We believe music in the worship services should direct our focus to God. We do not believe that church is a place for entertainment. We sing traditional hymns and Gospel songs in all the services. We strive to present music that brings glory to God and uplifts the soul.



Evangelistic Outreach
Sharing our faith in Christ with others is both a privilege and a profound obligation. Our concern for sharing the Gospel begins with people in the Cumming and Forsyth county area. We will also seek to support mission works that take the Gospel across the nation and around the world.



A Friendly, Family Atmosphere
The church is more than a building –it is people. Our desire is for our church people to love each other and seek to build each other up in our faith. We desire for Refuge Baptist to be a church where you will receive a warm friendly welcome.
