Water?
Noticing how the trees have started losing leaves? Maybe it is me but my thought is that the drought we have been experiencing is showing up in the trees. It seems like they started falling a few weeks earlier than normal this year.
It makes me think how important that rainfall or (water) is to the entire cycle of life. You may ask how all this fits with a fitness guy writing about trees and water. Well did you know that water (pure H2O) makes up about 70 % of your body weight?
I would venture to say that most of us do not drink nearly enough pure water during the course of a day. We substitute sodas, caffeine and other forms of liquid for fluid intake. Now before you get upset, I am not saying that you should give up sodas or coffee altogether or anything like that because I love my am coffee and an occasional soft drink just like any one else.
What I am saying is try and ensure that your pure water intake outweighs all other forms of liquid. Your body will thank you for it!!
