Description: Guarantee your success in the workplace by managing change, the need for opportunities and communication during these bumpy times. The training includes a change assessment locator to help each person identify their own perspective on a current change they are experiencing. Discover the 6 stages of the Change Cycle to gain insight, knowledge and practical skills to pinpoint positions and how to manage through each stage to success. Through facilitated exercises, participants will identify change issues and strategies for solution finding using The Change Cycle as a road map.
